Being straight with you about scope

Support is not automatic, capacity is finite, and an inquiry begins a conversation rather than creating an entitlement to a service, grant or standing program.

We would rather tell you clearly what we can and cannot do than leave you waiting on something that is not coming.

Where the boundary sits

We train, advise and educate organizations. We do not assess, diagnose, treat or counsel individuals, and no engagement includes clinical services. Where individual care is needed, the right answer is a licensed provider, and we will say so.

We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry. For commercial engagements, fees are agreed in writing before any work begins.
