Ucentria Foundation, Inc. is a Delaware nonprofit nonstock corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. EIN 39-4425461.

Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive a receipt for your records.

Secure donation processing is provided by Zeffy. Ucentria retains full discretion and control over all donated funds and applies them to its charitable purposes.

Knowledge that is free to use. Selecting, adapting, translating and reviewing material so Ukrainian organizations can apply it in their own work.
Expert time. Bringing specialists to organizations that could not otherwise reach or afford them.
Structured learning. Programs that leave capability inside an organization rather than departing with the trainer.
Core operating capacity. Targeted support for the systems, staff time and infrastructure that keep programs running.
Selective humanitarian assistance. Purchase, preparation and transport of medical equipment and supplies to clinical settings in Ukraine.

We do not publish conversions of specific amounts into specific outcomes. Recovery work does not divide neatly into units, and we would rather describe what we fund than invent arithmetic.
