Donor privacy

When you give to Ucentria, we receive the information needed to process your gift, such as your name, contact details and payment information, either directly or through our donation processor, Zeffy. Ucentria does not see or store your full payment card details; these are handled by Zeffy under its own security and privacy practices.

We use donor information to process gifts, issue tax receipts, maintain the financial and legal records a nonprofit is required to keep, and communicate with you about your gift and, if you choose to hear from us, about our work.

You can choose whether to receive updates from us, and can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time.

Ucentria does not sell, rent or trade donor information to other organizations.

You can request that a gift remain anonymous or ask not to be listed in any public acknowledgement. Recognition is never automatic without your agreement.
